"Beds are comfortable, linen clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bathroom could use up dating as sink had cracks and tub was dirty. Pool was very cold as we were tool pipe broke, so all the small children crowded the hot tub."

"The bed was super comfy! The indoor hot tub was fantastic. I hate elevators in general and this one was a little slow. Front desk was friendly. Great economical hotel close to the highway and about a mile from Branson Landing."

"Would not recommend this hotel, had bugs in the window, crack in the wall, toilet was broken (maintenance did come fix next day), hot tub was gross with odor, charged us 250$ for smoking in room, neither my husband nor I smoke. Working on trying to get the money back. Also had a car double parked near our parking spot, next day saw it in a handy cap spot (no tags or sign).. ended up seeing the manager (or staff member) get in the car- the lady that checked us in."

"Booked a non cancel room for 1 night 2 1/2 to 3 weeks before needing it. 4 days before reservation they called to verify address said they don't book for locals and basically said the reservation was being canceled. Then they sent an email showing we would be charged for the room. THEY CANCELLED. not us. Spouse called spoke with manager, stated that since covid they don't book for locals do to "parties, illegal activities" their words. Manage did reinstate reservation. Arrived at hotel, room seemed nice. Next morning shower wall and shampoo and soap dispensers had hair on them. Shower curtain when opened looked like someone had blew their nose on it. Sink hot and cold were reversed. Breakfast was passable. Eggs, biscuits, gravy no meat no bacon or sausage. Would not recommend to anyone."

"The room in this Baymont was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I didn't have a chance to check out the pool and hot tub, but I might when I return on my next trip to Branson. I felt the cost was reasonable and our overall experience was very positive. I would recommend the Baymont as a great option for lodging when visiting Branson."
