"Loved going to see Wizard of Oz on a big screen and I am grateful that this theatre showed it. I have to say that seats were uncomfortable, very low to the ground so if knee issues you will need help getting out. Finally, 12.00 for a bucket of popcorn is insane...even by theatre standards. Large popcorn 10.00 and 2.00 for the bucket to put it in??? That being said the popcorn was fresh and tasted great. The staff is very nice and helpful and theatre screens great. Excellent sound and we loved it."

"Employees are always helpful and friendly. We love the Marquis suite. You can pick what seats you would like in advance. If it is a popular movie, it is a great feature. The seats are comfortable recliners that are reclined with a button. You can also order food to be brought in while you are watching your movie. The Grand screen and regular theaters are clean, and seats are comfortable. The restrooms are clean."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. We went to see a family movie & someone complained that one of the kids said “mama” so the theater said the kid had to leave. Not a very family friendly place if you ask me. Will absolutely not be back and will never recommend this place to anyone in the future."

"We ordered our food 30 minutes before movie started. Fifteen minutes after movie started, the first burger and fries came with BBQ sauce, had to send it back. The second burger and onion rings came 15 minutes after that. The first order then came out again, right, but was 20 minutes after the second order, and our third order, burger and onion rings came to us 30 minutes before the movie ended. No napkins till the third order came out. Grease all down my shirt and on hands. Burgers - great, movie great, but guess they were short handed. We took the second row seats, because most all others were taken when purchasing the tickets. Maybe 12 people in the theater room. Don't understand why it showed almost sold out when we bought the tickets. That was my Birthday gift from my two sisters who spent a lot of money there for that movie and our food. I'll never return. Staff should of been scheduled better, especially on New Year's Day, knowing most people were not working that day, and wanting a great experience that people said they experienced here. I was not impressed at all!!"

"I enjoyed the movie, but possibly the worst experience at a theater I’ve ever had. People in front of us were on their phones the whole time, a group came 30 min into the movie, and when attempting to purchase food items all three of the staff working the front were too consumed in their phones in the side room to get up to assist in a purchase. This is the only theater I’ve been to where they don’t do theater checks. Last time I came, I booked a movie in the marquee suite so I could have the option to pick my seats, but they don’t enforce that as the seats I paid for were taken, which was disappointing because the seats cost more. I’ll stick with the Alamo. B&B is great company and I wished to support it, but clearly the staff needs a pep talk. It is true that I could have gone to the front to ask for a staff, but considering they couldn’t be bothered to assist in a food purchase, it wasn’t worth missing portions of the movie I paid for to be ignored for 5-10 min up front."
