"When I first arrived no one took my order in the drive thru line. (I was fine with pulling up to the window though because I am sure they are keeping a smaller staff with buffet being closed till the 21st.) I ordered a junior cashew chicken and a root beer to drink. My root beer was completely flat. My chicken was not crispy and tasted old. My crab rangoon also looked as if it had only been half fried. Meaning the top half was somewhat crispy but the half with the filling was completely raw. I have been inside for the buffet before and have never been disappointed however going through the drive thru was a waste tonight."
"Even the bad reviewer (PTC) has been there multiple times! The food is outstanding, the service is great, and the Ozark location is perfect. If you cant wait for the food to be put out, go somewhere else. Only a jerk would complain about fresh food on a buffet."
"Have been here several times and each time when they open they have basically no food out, and it takes them forever to get food out. If they can’t get the Buffet food out by the time they open then they should not open until all the food is out! The buffet was at least 90% empty. Their attitude is they could care less and I guess they expect you to sit and wait forever till they get the food out. They have one employee up front and only one cook. It’s ridiculous and a total joke. It’s this way everytime for lunch. Find some place else. Fantastic buffet in Springfield on south Campbell just north of Battlefield and another great buffet across from Olive Garden. Always fully stocked, a whole lot more selection too. Well worth the extra drive!"
"Drove all the way from Oldfield to Ozark after looking at Google to see their hours. It says they are open until 8 but when we got there the have a piece of notebook paper stuck to the door saying they close at 4 and drive through is open until 8. It used to be the best buffet around food was always amazing but the inconvenience is frustrating. Please update your hours of operation."
"I ate here for the first time this week, and the food was amazing! I'm so thankful there is a good buffet near me, right here in Ozark Missouri. Absolutely the best Chinese buffet around the Ozarks. Reminded me of the restaurants my parents took me to growing up. Will absolutely be back soon!"
