"Food was good, service was very slow. They did get busy after we got there. I would say it was a good visit. Just some issues with enough ranch, spicy sauce. Seems to be wanting to only give a lil bit of sauces. We offered a huge dinner. That should change quickly."
"This place is always so slow… I figured I’d be smart and order on the app, wait 30 minutes then head to the restaurant and get my food.. I pulled up and told them my name for my order they told me it would be a ten minute wait I said I ordered on line it should be ready… they said it was a ten minute wait, there were already five cars waiting in the parking lot waiting on their food he pointed and said find a place along that wall and we will bring your food out… after 30 minutes of waiting by the wall my food was finally ready a entire hour after I ordered it.. I love Popeyes chicken but at this rate I could catch, kill, pluck, and cook my own chicken in the amount of time that I’m having to wait for them to fry it here in Ozark…. Hope the owners read these reviews and make some changes.. it would be sad if we loose another restaurant like we did with rib crib.. Steve Childers please help!!!!"
"Food was hot and fresh. I had to wait 30 mins before getting my order - in drive through. I was told 15 mins. I finally went inside thinking they forgot me. I had already waited 15 minutes inline to order. I still think they did, but got it about 5 minutes after going in. No apologies, just excuses. I was there almost an hour total. If there is a next time I'll order online."
"Online order included pickles when I chose no pickles. It's really not that hard. I'm not allergic or anything so I can't cry too much, but it's just lazy! I had the spicy chicken sandwich, removing the pickles it tasted ok but there was no flavor of spice. It was spicy after about half the sandwich but just breaded chicken flavor, which was good, but you'd expect better flavor for spicy."
"Food is good, as always. The front service staff really NOT ON IT. Maybe need more training, but missed the details of the order and missed an item paid for but not provided. Every customer there was having issues with that. This resulted in customers coming up to clarify orders, get food they'd ordered but not recieved, and new customers trying to place their orders and getting to listen to this chaos. Not good for Popeye's image. Good food tho, portions small for the price."
