"Took my daughter for a birthday gift. I was under dressed and had just gotten off work. The ladies bypassed me twice and waited on other people first. Teenage girls buy a lot of make up and expensive makeup is easy to find. Dont judge a book by its cover. I had plenty to spend- what dad tells a teenage girl no on her birthday. Your loss. A little more nice and a little less snooty will get you more sales."

"first time at this sephora ! thought they were very friendly! the workers seemed very positive. drove from another sephora because they didnt have what we wanted. we were skeptical about coming to this one at first. they didnt have the product out but she looked it up in her system and found one in storage for us! in and out ! very happy we found what we wanted !!!"

"My wife went into this store and overheard the employees saying rude things about her. She gave birth to our son a few months ago and postpartum has been rough. You never know what someone is going through. Hopefully these employees can find some happiness in their miserable lives."

"The display cosmetics are destroyed so you can’t swatch anything, they never have any product in my shade, it’s like they just don’t restock/reorder anything, and the kids that work there just stand in the back socializing. If you try to ask a question, they will finish their little conversation before they even look at you. It’s so frustrating to waste your time going somewhere to find out they have nothing you can try, buy, or get help from. smh"
