"I have a Cadillac XTS Platinum with overly complicated seats. I came in with them feeling Flat and uncomfortable. I provided foam and springs from a dealership. The foam ended up being from the passenger side and wouldn’t fit. They ordered he correct foam themselves and in the process of the replacement, an electrical connection broke. They called up a friend and had it jury rigged so I could still drive the car while a replacement part came in they paid for themselves, not accepting any money from me for it. They made it right and like a new seat again."
