"Room is quaint with sofa and work table. Love the shower pressure and plenty of closet and drawer space. No microwave, coffee maker, or complimentary water. They do have complimentary coffee in the morning starting at 5 a.m. AC works great but not the heater. Can't beat the location. Valet parking is $35 a night and is right across the street so it is convenient if you need something from your car. Staff are friendly and helpful."
"The hotel has been wonderful! The staff has been very engaging and outgoing. It has been a great experience. We had one hiccup and Kelly the manager took care of the situation immediately. She truly listened to us and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of! She's a wonderful person!"
"The best customer service I have ever encountered. It is Ritz Carlton service with a down to earth vibe. The team members are exceptional. Room is very well appointed. Location has a Soho or Greenpoint Brooklyn kind of feel. Loving my stay!"
"On August 3, 2023, When we were deciding whether to stay the night at crossroads we went to the front desk and a young lady by the name of Sidney helped us. While we were discussing on other hotels, she pulled up chairs for us. She and her manager went out of the way to help us and were very polite. I wanted you to know about Sidney and her manager because they were very helpful and kind. Every member of your hotel staff, restaurant, and bar staff we met were very welcoming and friendly people. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful stay at your hotel."
