"Came in on a Saturday night to a very hot room, no biggy I went to turn on the AC only to discover it was on and that the filter was literally jam-packed with debris dust and whatnot. Found nothing but dead bugs cobwebs and spiders all over in the bathroom and in the kitchen area and the floors had a lot dirt and hair on them. There was dust everywhere including on the TV. Under the shower mat in the shower was nothing but mold and mildew. I spoke with the owner the next morning and she said she will visit with the cleaning ladies and have it clean for my next night well and that's not only revealed that they took the screen out of the AC unit wipe with their hand as you can see in the dust the bugs on to the ground and maybe ran a cheap feather duster over things and there was still dirt in hair on the floor. Ever since I left I haven't felt very good had my nose has been running and stuffy all at the same so I highly recommend looking for another place"
"Horrible! Just got into our room and we are looking for another place to stay! There are dead bugs on the counters and the bathroom is nasty, the bathtub has not been cleaned there is nasty stuff under the bath mat. There is a used coffee bag still in the coffee pot who knows how long it’s been there. It’s filthy. We have taken pictures and are trying to contact the office personal."
"Loved my stay here! Beautiful rooms! Loved the decorations! Great serivce! Very clean and cozy rooms. Loved the staff! They were great! Got us exactly what we needed and perfect accommodations! Way better than any hotel in town! I recommend this to anyone who wants a perfect stay!"
"I cannot say enough good things about this place. I stayed here on and off for nearly a month while working in the area. The rooms were always clean and had all amenities one might desire while traveling. It’s obvious the owners care about their property and will go to great lengths to make your stay pleasurable. I have no doubts that I’ll stay here again if I’m ever in the area."
"This place is amazing because if the wonderful people who run it. They will take care of you, no matter what! We had a weird issue where our reservation was cancelled and no one knew why because we did not cancel it. The manager not only found us a new room at a different motel, but payed for it in person to reserve it. This was during the 2017 solar eclipse so rooms were hard to come by. I recommend Rock Port Cabins to anyone needing to stay in the area."
