"Terrible customer service. I came in 2/27 to grab some makeup before my trip. I unfortunately came in when the Sephora employee for that shift had called in so I was stuck with a kohl’s employee . That experience wasn’t so bad , however I ended up with the wrong shade & no makeup advice. I showed up today to return the product and the Sephora employee at the register was so rude.She made disrespectful assumptions as if I didn’t purchase the product there & also rude comments . I stood firm and didn’t let her rude comments or gestures discourage me. I continue to state my case and we eventually came to an agreement. However , I would have appreciated if she would have at least empathized with me & help me find a foundation that worked for me. I spent over $100 at this particular Sephora . I’m just disgusted and will never return."
