"Slow slow slow. They bought up all the commercial med contracts but did not hire more employees to deal with the increased demand. Averaging 10 minutes per car in the drive through. What happen to customer service should not take 30 min to pick up meds that are already packaged and ready to go!"

"Ice & snow covering the sidewalks- why are elderly and disabled patrons struggling to get to the front door of this Walgreens while two able-bodied young men are standing behind the front register *doing nothing* on their smart phones? When asked if they had salt or shovels, they said “No.” …Pictured is the ice melt at the back of the store. Are there are no standards of care in place?"
