"If this is the Discount Smokes of Raytown, on 350 highway, I will never go there again. This BP station is filthy, unkempt and has the worst service in all of the KC area, in my opinion. For more than a month they have been out of mid-grade and premium gas. Today, 04/05/19, when I went there all of their pumps had plastic bags on them, indicating that they were either out of order or out of gas. Because of the fact that I use the BP rewards system, and I needed gas, I had to go to the BP in Lee's Summit, which is twice as far away. I also had to pay $0.03 more per gallon than I would have in Raytown. Poor customer service, poor products. Maybe I should just cut up my BP rewards card, send it back to them and start using another rewards program."
