"I walked in to the salon to make an appointment. Typically, when you walk into a salon where all of the stylists are busy, someone will say something to the effect of, "Hi take a seat, someone will be with you as soon as possible." No one acknowledged my existence. I know they saw me, because they looked up from the clients they were working on, so I waited a few minutes, and still nothing, so I left. I went to another salon and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. It was a night and day experience for sure!"
