Party City

"This used to be my favorite Party City. These last couple of years have changed, and since they changed it around, it seems that their isn't much in the store. They are high priced also, some of the things aren't worth the price."

"I rarely write reviews, but please just stay away from this location. HORRIBLE service, if you are going to go to a party city, please do not go to this one. Make your way to O'Fallon or any other location. I was treated with the upmost disrespect here by staff. I brought in my receipt to make a return for an item I did not use (when I bought the item, the lady at checkout it let me know to use my phone number in case I needed to return it) and they refused me because October 24th was the last day for those returns even though I bought this item after the 24th. She refused to look at my receipt or even tried to scan it. I have never been so appalled by customer service or felt so belittled. Please go to any other party city. And Party City, please hire someone to teach your employees respect towards customers."

"Do not shop here they sold me a costume with a missing mask and 2 left gloves and completely ruined my child’s Halloween I live an hour away in Madison county Illinois and couldn’t drive all the way back these people are garbage"

"Haven’t been a fan of this place since they remodeled. It seems like they don’t have as much inventory as they use to. However, it is conveniently located. They were pretty well staffed the last few times that I’ve been in. It’s still a pretty good place to grab some party supplies or even attire for an upcoming game/event."

"I've thrown numerous parties over the years. I generally buy my party supplies online way ahead of time. But for last minute stuff, this place is great! Love their selection of solid color party supplies. Sometimes you just don't need a character plastered on everything you need for your party. They have a good rotating selection of holiday/seasonal party supplies. They carry numerous costumes & accessories at Halloween, but also carry some themed costumes year-round. Excellent candy section. I gave four starts because I find that while the shelves & products are always organized nicely, the floor is just dirty. Also, the inventory system online is NOT accurate so don't count on it. Just call before you go to see if a specific items is available, if it's a bit of a drive. Finally, I try not to use them for balloons. Their helium is horrible. And their hi-float, which costs more, is like normal helium. If you're looking for solid color mylar balloons, just go to Dollar Tree. I will, on occasion, have them blow up a big themed balloon I buy online and get hi-float with the money I saved by buying my other balloons elsewhere."
