"Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in years. Joe behind the counter acted like placing my paint order was a burden from the very beginning. Short, snotty responses throughout my experience, but just bit my tongue and placed my order. When I called to check the status of my order, the amount of disrespect I received from Joe for bothering him with a phone call (attempting to give him business) was second to none. It borderline felt like I was being yelled at like a child. I promptly requested my order to be cancelled. I have a family PPG discount that I willingly walked away from and will gladly pay double at a competing store just to avoid giving Joe a pennies worth of my business."
