"I placed an order on Black Friday for items that were marked in stock. One week before Christmas it still hadn't shipped. I contacted customer service to see if I would receive my tools before Christmas. They told me that the items that were marked in stock were actually out of stock and that I could wait five additional weeks or cancel my order. I cancelled the order and found the same items on Amazon for less money and had them in two days. Other reviewers mentioned that KC Tool has good customer service but they completely failed me. They dishonestly communicated item availability and shipping times and after four weeks the response I got from customer service was to just wait longer."

They are experienced and professional in how they run their business and make your happiness their number one goal. I would highly suggest KC Tool over Amazon or any other mass online site.
