"Custom inserts are great. I live out of town and have to commute during my off time to pick up the inserts. When I call to "schedule" an appointment to pick up my inserts I'm told the lady that helped me originally did not work that day and I would have to come back on the day she worked. Never in my life have I ever prepaid for a service and am told I had to work my schedule around an employee schedule. They then passed the phone to the next person after I said I'm on my way to get them. They gave me the excuse well we don't know what your foot issues are, and that they would have to cut the insoles. My response was well my foot issues are irrelevant as the insoles are already made for the issue at hand and I can cut my own insoles. Upon arrival there were 6 employees there, 4 who were doing nothing. I find it crazy I had 2 people try and tell me I couldn't pick them up during my free time. Again, insoles are great. Customer service not that great. Most likely won't go back."
"Katy was a blessing dressed as a Foot Spot. Katy had a one person before attending to me. I fully under the need to get customers moving in and out. I didn’t mind the wait. Katy was extremely attentive listen to what my day to day activity was, my history with my workplace was so she could better serve what I needed. Hoka shoes were introduced to me. Yes the shoe may not be the most athletic looking. The comfort beats the look. I walked in the store with the new shoes. I was amazed as to how well they fit. Thank again Katy for your assistance and patience with me."
"I went there for the first time today and Katy was a huge help!!! She looked at my current inserts and could immediately see why I was having an issue with the ball of my foot. She was very helpful, patience and understanding of my needs and helped me find comfortable insets, shoes and even slippers."
