"Me and my friend were shopping in the store and we went into the dressing room ti take some mirror selfies. My friend took her hair down for the picture and we left the dressing room. Outside of the room she was putting it back in and the Manager said “is that my hairclip?” We said no but she just looked at us sarcastically. She then informed us about the cameras. Very rude customer service , would not Reccomend"

"My daughter and her friend were shopping in the store today. The manager was less than helpful. The girls decided to shop at a more welcoming store. When they were leaving the manager said "next time don't try to steal!" The girls were mortified! Don't EVER shop at the Town Center location!!!"

"I purchased a pair of earrings at this store and when it came time to put them on that same evening for an event, I realized the pearl from inside one of the pairs was missing. This was extremely inconvenient. Being extremely busy and out of town a lot, I found it very difficult to swing by that store right away to return them so I kept them in my car. I brought them in one day for an exchange while I happen to be in the area. I didn’t ask for a refund. I just wanted an even exchange. The last thing I have time to do is go home looking for my receipt. Plus the store associate pulled up my account with my receipt there. I understand if I was trying to return a perfectly normal item a month down the road, but this was defective. It is the store’s responsibility to display items that are in excellent condition otherwise it is their responsibility to exchange it with no questions asked. The manager Joyce was extremely argumentative and very unprofessional. The experience I had in that store was unpleasant and humiliating. I do not wish this kind of treatment on anyone . I did not get one single apology for a defective item sold to me but I did get a whole lot about their return policy. This manager was so focused on arguing with me rather than apologizing for the huge inconvenience this was causing me. I purchased a defective item. An exchange is owed this customer, no questions asked! I didn’t deserve to be argued with by this store manager. She has a mouth on her for sure! Be careful going into this location because obviously they are busy arguing with their customers for their mistakes rather than making sure the items they display are in excellent condition. This manager was unreasonable, therefore I won’t be shopping here any longer. My friends and family will also be warned about this location’s manager Joyce."

"I was so impressed with the girls that were working on a Thursday afternoon. I was having an off day and thought a little shopping would help so I went into this store. Not only did I find two cute dresses but the staff greeted me, they were super sweet and were very helpful. Let's just say they put a little sparkle into my day with not just the jewelry I bought. Thanks ladies!"

"I recently went into this store to use a gift card. I have always loved the jewelry and go there once a year to get some. I always knew that the customer service was snobby but I went anyway because me jewelry from there lasts years! But this time as soon as the manager greeted me at the door I knew things had changed! Both ladies made my shopping experience FUN! They helped me select the right items in my price range. I will definitely be going more than once a year! Well done ladies!! Well done!!!! Leah R"
