"I am a XL-2X and the clothes here fit me pretty well!! I could even size down to a large, the clothes also are not like floral, cold shoulder ugly clothes like what usual plus sized shops sell! I will keep going here. And so will my mom! She loves it to. The workers make sure to help you find what you are looking for! :)"
"We were not acknowledged at all the whole visit, and even got rolled eyes and a handful of RBF’s. I was wearing a sweatshirt from Aerie and asked a worker if they had any of the specific style on the floor. She gave me the biggest attitude telling me that the sweatshirts I see are the only ones they have. We walked out without buying anything because of the attitude the workers had."
"This is my second visit to this location, and good luck even being acknowledged you are in the store, no hi welcome in, nothing. I passed at least 4 associates and not one of them said hi or can they assist. I get some people prefer not to be helped but at least extend a welcome that YOU are available if needed. The associates only speak to each other. Once I got to the register that was the most interaction I had with an employee. I did give 2 stars because the store was extremely organized and neat. But friendliness has a lot left to be desired. If i didn’t need some relaxed clothing for a flight i need to catch i would have left. But i will stick with online ordering"
"Loved that this one had the “Offline” section! I love that line and they had plenty of sizes. Store was nice to be in and the employees were helpful. (Somehow) American Eagle sizes always fit me perfectly + the quality of the clothes are great. I can always find something here!"
"I'm going to go ahead and give this a 3 because I was in the store 2 different times within a week. The very first time I'd ever been in the store was the best experience ever and I would give the store and the employees from that day a definite 5. The second time I was in the store that week it was the complete opposite and if I could give zero Stars I would staff was rude unhelpful and not friendly at all not sure if I will ever go back."
