"Macy’s along with all the big box stores are slowing dying away. Sizes, Design and Stock of items are either not what customers want or the sizes don’t fit. Store has the old box store feel and smells which isn’t always a good thing."
"Mac counter had no one working. Needed to pick up one product on lunch hour. Lancome rep offered to help me find it for a good 15 min. We searched every inch to no avail. Unfortunately, we never found it so. She tried to find me a similar product by Estée Lauder. Excellent customer service!"
