"I have to compliment and provide 5 stars to this Leawood BR store. This BR store and all staff has been extremely helpful in helping me select outfits. As I shopped for an evening function, they helped me pick tops and best pants to fit my new Italian moleskin suit jacket. Jerry assisted me. I also noticed another customer was getting advice on an outfit. I was also greeted with a friendly smile by a couple staff members. Before getting assistance from Jerry, got assistance from the manager who was also extremely helpful. I also took in some BR jeans that I purchased a few months back and as a Luxe member they were able to set up hem services. I’m edited in its entirety a negative review (due to one staff member that appears no longer there) from the experience a couple years ago. All staff members at this store go above and beyond for all customers and truly are style experts to help you with a few timeless outfits."

"Barbara can’t resolve something so simple as it was a return or exchange, sending me back to the store I bought it, which no longer coordinate with the simple thing that Banana Republic is only one no matter where it’s the location… sorry for her but has no attitude and charisma to solve or help the clients …. Poor customer service in this location in my opinion."

"In my opinion, Banana Republic is the MOST expensive of the family of Gap brands. Most of the time, I enjoy browsing through here. I’ve often said that I’d recommend Gap Factory over Gap, I think I’d also recommend Banana Republic Factory over Banana Republic. Also, most of the time, the employees in here don’t take any time to acknowledge me."

"This Banana Republic — and Barbara in particular— are lifesavers. Barbara helped me out tremendously with matching a swatch I had to the perfect pair of pants, and made sure I got the right shirt ordered. She was so good, she just saw the swatch and pointed out the pants. No need to double check. That woman is a gem, y’all."

"Let me preface by saying that I DESPISE shopping for pants. As a twenty something, plus size woman (size 18ish) with a unique body type, it can be very difficult to find pieces that I like that fit and are actually flattering. It gets to be pretty demoralizing trying on pant after pant with nothing fitting. I was honestly assuming that I wouldn’t be able to find anything in my size at Banana Republic, but I met the absolute kindest sales representative, SHOUTOUT MANDY, who helped me find my size and kept bringing out pieces from the back in my size that were on sale. She must have pulled 2 dozen pairs of pants from the back all in my size for me to try on. She and my friend hyped me up the whole time and gave me honest feedback which was so helpful. Maybe it was just kismet but I ended up walking away with FIVE pairs of pants for the price of two. This was honestly one of the most positive shopping experiences I’ve had in years! Also Mandy, sorry for hugging you, I hope it wasn’t weird."
