"If you want a horrible, uneven haircut this is the place to go! When trying to fix her horrific shelf looking layers she kept having to go shorter, and shorter with the same result until I finally said please stop! No more. You’re ruining my hair. They had the audacity to almost charge me until I said something. Luckily I was able to have it fixed by a professional elsewhere immediately. The place that fixed it had a similar occurrence from here sadly. Even the back length was an inch off. She was using no guide! How did this person get their license I do not know. Prior to this service has typically been well. Especially when buying products. Back prior to the pandemic the facial I got was absolutely wonderful. Having gone to cosmetology school myself I could tell something was off when she was cutting but gave her the benefit of the doubt. She needs more training."

"I know nothing about makeup but my 13 year old daughter decided she wanted to start wearing some. We went in with not much of an idea of what we were looking for. One of the girls who worked there was so helpful and friendly. She helped us find perfect shades and gave helpful tips and worked with us to find products with a price that was affordable. The store is very clean and organized also."

"Dread going to this location! Never enough workers on the sales floor to help you if you need it or make sure the store is clean(included image has been that way for at least a week that I know of), this location should have a bigger suite or utilize the one they have better. How can an Ulta store ONLY have 1 small end cap of Colourpop that doesn't even include the concealer?"
