"The wait to pick up a prescription in the drive thru line is ridiculous. I waited in line 42 minutes !. If they are filling prescriptions while people are waiting , this practice needs to stop. I don’t understand how this wait is so long regardless of what time of the day you get there."

"I wish I could give ZERO stars!! This pharmacy is super Ghetto!! You call them and they tell you they are going to do something and that task/action item never happens. I understand being short staffed, but you can always be professional. I need you to transfer my prescriptions for my HEALTH not to annoy you. I will be filing a complaint with the the BBB because my experience has been horrible! When I call, you all seem annoyed. When I come in, you are annoyed. Do you know how many people would kill to have your jobs? Be grateful and pleasant. Just a hot ghetto mess!! Lawd, pray for me, y'all!"

"Well just like many other reviews. Rude ignorant. Call me a liar. When I say I got a text message my prescription was ready. Show the lady the proof and then she says well whatever we don't have it come back. It's not the first time I've dealt with this as you can see by other people's reviews. I'm not the only person that has issues with their rudeness and disrespect. Hey CVS corporate, why don't you do something about this?"

"I used be such a fan of this pharmacy & ALWAYS recommended it until today when I was in drive through. Today Dec 10 at 1230 the tech was using the speaker & it was not clear so she was rude rolling her eyes at me snapping at me throwing her hands up at me shaking her head putting things for me in the drawer & never said anything to conclude the transaction. I guess she was too occupied with coming up with gestures & tones to use at me as a person in customer service this is just awful. I can't believe the attitude she could have opened the window instead of snapping with her ride tone & her gestures but it was too cold & easier to be extremely rude. This is a warning to all about this ride staff. Too bad nothing will happen from management about her behavior & I wish insurance was not so confining but if you are the Florissant are I highly suggest you try a different CVS I know the Schnucks in the area has CVS but until management starts holding these people accountable for their awful behavior it will not change. It is a shame because this used to be such a good helpful staff clearly there are no consequences for treating customers with such disrespect"

"I went to this location for flu and Covid-19 vaccinations. And, the Pharmacist was extremely rude. My insurance card was missing relevant information in order for her to bill my insurance. All she had to do was make a phone call to obtain the information. She failed to do so instead I was turned away. In my opinion and based off what my insurance co said this is an extra step on her part but, this is called giving good customer service full stop ! This store is the closest location to my home. They have seen the last of me I’m not going back for anything."
