"Friendly staff most times i been here however there is no privacy when they are measuring with the tape measure nor is there any dignity when picking out your under clothes ur literally on display in front of everyone there including the waiting room can see u you especially when waiting room door is open also everyone with me felt rushed"

"I was referred here for a family member. They staff from answering the phones to helping my family member were extremely nice, helpful, accommodating & encouraging. They care about their clients & the items that their clients receive. These ladies take a lot of time & care into the overall appearance of the facility, & everything/item that comes through those doors. These are people who love what they do & have a lot of care & compassion for people. I found this place so encouraging that I wanted to volunteer! I became a volunteer within 2 weeks! When I started the ladies behind the scenes are just as nice & welcoming! I immediately felt at home. I can't wait to return to help them out again. Some life events has stopped me from immediately returning but I'm planning on being back ASAP."
