"3/5/24 went into the West Port store. Walked in and noticed right off the bat that the shelves were almost completely empty. So I got what I could on my shopping list, if they had it. Me and a couple other customers asked, " Is the store closing?" The clerk answered, " They cut back our hours. They have clerks and others doing double duties which include stocking shelves." As a customer I don't need to know that. I shop at Dollar tree to save money. Now I have to use my gas to go elsewhere to get my shopping list done. I've been to the store in KCK on 47th St. It's ALWAYS a mess. If you ask for help, you get attitudes like we the customers are bothering them. I understand being paid low wages and all, been there done that. My business slows down as well. But, I don't tell " The Customer" what the issues are nor give my customers an attitude because my job sucks."

"Best selection of Hallmark cards I have ever found besides a Hallmark store (and they’re dirt cheap)!!"

"I shop here once a week and I’ve noticed a drastic change in the cleanliness, organization, being well merchandised and the shopablity of this store. Janice the cashier is very helpful and friendly as well as the SM Mike. Keep up the great work!"

"Is this place even supposed to be open? Asking half-literally. Barren shelves, and have been for weeks on end. What’s the point of going when there’s a probably 50-75% chance whatever you’re seeking isn’t even there? Just go to the one on Troost. This store (westport) is also just…gross. Nasty/dirty floors and shelves. Get two stars instead of one because, well, technically they are open and technically they might have what you want for $1.25 — good luck! Edit: a few weeks ago I was in there and couldn’t help myself from perfectly organizing the entire sticker area (I know, weird). There were more stickers on the floor/thrown on the bottom shelf than actually hung as they were supposed to. Looked today, the area is a complete wreck again. It’s obvious that not a single employee has even tried to keep any organization/cleanliness of the area - which is obvious for the entire store. I’m sure they aren’t paid very well, but still - considering half the story is empty to begin with, is it really that difficult to keep your already meager selection at least minimally organized/clean? No, it’s not."

"This location still needs help. Only one cashier. Then one older man, working on food aisle, sitting on chair opening boxes. ▪︎Not much selection on Valentine's Day. More St.Patricks Day. Some aisle, wiped clean."
