"Kaylee working the drive-thru made an incredible experience!! She was joyful, upbeat, and helpful when selecting the menu items. She demonstrated thorough knowledge of the menu and was patient with our questions. I have never seen that level of service in a fast food environment before. Whatever she’s making it’s not enough!!"
"Went to the DQ on Douglas because it’s near my work, to use my buy one get one free blizzard, only to be informed that they “don’t do that here,” (even though I’ve used the same type of coupon at that location before). Of course, I only found that out after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes, for only 4 cars in front of me. On top of that each blizzard was like $7 for mediums???, and they were very melty when they gave them to me, and were completely liquid by the time I got back to work (literally not even two minutes down the road). Will not be returning at any point in the future."

"I had a reaction to the price of the kids , an old person Ouch I remember when a burger was $1 , type of Sigh. The very nice young lady covering the drive thru was super concerned and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable about my purchase last Wed afternoon. Thank you DQ apparently your employees enjoy working there."
