"My husband ordered two medium smoothies and a kids smoothie, she repeated our order and said medium even. We instead were given two of the small smoothies with the kids smoothie and they weren’t blended throughly. One of them wasn’t even filled fully and was a watered down flavor. Very disappointing. The gentleman working the window was nice enough."

"this morning I arrived just before open so I parked in the parking lot and patiently waited for 7 so I could order through the app. I waited until 7:10, and the lights were not turned on, there were no other cars parked in the parking lot, no one was dropped off, and I even called and it rang till it told me the voicemail was not set up. I understand its possible there are staffing issues however there was no signage on the door indicating that. If that is indeed an issue please post something and please coordinate with the app so that people cannot order on the app when there is no one to actually make it. I ended up at the Raytown location and asked the employee there about it, she did mention other people had mentioned this to her over the past couple of days as well. I look forward to trying to visit this location again in the future and hopefully updating my review at that point."
"Ordered my favorite pineapple surf with mango and it’s delicious. My family loves theirs as well. Definitely recommend this location. Excellent smoothies and service."
