"Mr. Michael Jones and the St. Louis Auto finance family really did they thing with help myself and my family with getting into a vehicle. I called and talked with Mr Michael Jone(Michael Who?) for about 15 to 20 min and told him what I need and how much I was bringing to the table. He told me that fine come on and I put you in vehicle. I told him on the phone that I didn't have time to waste, and I didn't want to sit at the dealership all day and not drive away. I had stated that I had been through that all week, and I wasn't put up with it anymore. Mr. Michael stated, "Let me correct you right now. If I say I can help you, then you better believe I'm doing just that. I said okay and hooked up the phone. Went to see Michael Jone the next morning at about 1145am and let just say by 230 almost 3pm I drove home in these"

"My daughter had her heart set on a car in the showroom and called me at work to let me know she found her dream car. I couldn’t leave until 5:30 from my downtown office. I called the salesperson and asked them what they wanted to hold it to give me more time to set up financing. They charged my card for the down payment and when I finally got off work my daughter called me crying and said they sold the car. I called the salesperson and he said someone else had cash and they sold it. They immediately issued a credit back to my card but I was so upset and told them what I thought of them in so many words and they told me to F-OFF. Never did business with them since."

"Bought a 2015 bmw i8 there. Paid premium price as they assured me car had been THOROUGHLY gone through, all fluids & filters changed, etc. Air filter appears to have NEVER been changed, oil was filthy & leaking, promised me full tank gas-was 1/4 when delivered. Obviously not s trusted dealership!"

"I purchased a 2021 Lotus Evora from this dealership back in April of 2022, forgot to leave a review but I never completely forget! Overall I was happy with the car but the original salesman, Pinky was as big of a clown as could be. I heard Pinky was let go and not really surprised. I ended up working with the sales manager.. Brian I think but he was great. I purchased this car out of state and it was delivered with swirl marks all over it but I kind of expected that because it was originally a press car. I kept the car for about six months and sold it for something else, nothing against the car but I just wanted to move on but here is the issue. The car was sold to me with an $8,000 option listed and the car did not actually have it. I was completely unaware of this and didn’t even know until a potential buyer caught it. I reached back out to the dealership and props to them, they made things right. For all I know this could’ve been Pinky the clown listing it trying to scam someone but he’s gone and everyone else at the dealership was always super helpful and nice."
