"Wow! Blown away! All employees were extremely kind, professional & neat. The store was spotless and welcoming. Went in 12/20 around 2-3 . There was a guy and two girls working , The meats and vegetables looked very neat and the counters were very clean. The food tasted very fresh and well made. I was very impressed with this location. A lot of times I go to subways and it’s the complete opposite. This place is a breath of fresh air, give these guys a bonus for their hard work!!! They really are doing a great job."
"The ladies at the Subway on Woods Chapel are so nice and so sweet…I run a large roofing company in Blue Springs and I tell all my employees about the service and how clean they keep this location…All my guys at work eat there now!"
"I totally hate leaving negative reviews but i have to this time.. Food was good, skimpy on toppings had to ask them for more & then again for more. Ask for a sanitizing rag to wipe off the table due to all the tables being dirty. The lady said while sitting on a chair behind the counter we have been really busy & handed me a paper towel. Mind you we were the only ones in the location at the time & instead of her cleaning the tables she went back to sitting down."
"We have visited this location several times, as there aren't other 'healthy' food options by my work. The "manager" has time and time again proven herself to be the nastiest, rudest, laziest, loud-mouth condescending slob I've ever had the pleasure to come across... Visited today after several months of boycotting the store because we were in a time pinch. To much surprise, she hasn't changed a bit. I'm sure it's hard to find good, reliable work, but I'd rather deal with a whole pack of lazy teenagers than this woman any day. Negative stars for me. Consistently nasty, I'll give her that."
