"I got a raw burger on door dash from the Lees Summit location. Yes I called to complain, but they didn’t care."
"People are great and the store is pretty nice / clean. But there is always a wait when picking up. And the fries are inconsistent. Even when we ask specifically for crispy fries, they still come out soft sometimes. We still go there pretty regularly cause the burgers are amazing!"
"Took my family here to celebrate and it was good. They enjoyed the time and the food. I gave it four stars because the burger wasn’t what I thought it would be, it was good not great. I’ll try another combo next time."
"We have not been in a couple of years. I had forgotten how excellent these burgers are. They take a few minutes to be made, but totally worth the wait. Hot, fresh and delicious. The french fries are awesome as well. Tons of toppings to choose from. Totally recommend. Be prepared for a little bit of expenditure however. 10/2023 update ... Burgers are still really good! The overhead music was a little over-the-top during this visit. Heavy rock and a bit loud."
"It used to be pricey, but now inflation has caught up to it. Few places can you get A1 on a burger. Always more fries than I can eat. And dont forget the peanuts, can't get that at BK. See out travels on Youtube at Coolest Life."
