"Great experience! Had an issue with my freezer evaporator fan causing an error code. Tom was able to come out the next day after I called, and quickly diagnose that I actually had a control board failure causing the fan to run when it wasn't supposed to. They got the part ordered, and found an install time that worked for me based on my travel schedule. Now the refrigerator is working perfectly! Would highly recommend this company!"

"The company was very helpful and serviceman Tom explained the problem to my 90 year old mother, Lois on why her refrigerator was not working and the part she needed to fix it. Tom was great at explaining it and the price was reasonable and they ordered the part asap and he was back in just a couple days to fix it. And he fixed it and nothing else was needed. It’s working great now! He was helpful to her and did not try to take advantage of her by telling her she needed more things replaced or a new refrigerator. Would recommend them to anyone!!!"
"My dishwasher was having an error issue. Appliance care company sent a tech out within 2 days to fix my dishwasher. My technician Mason was on time and he was very professional. Mason was very knowledgeable and he quickly resolved the issue with my dishwasher. I truly appreciated that Mason took time to answer my questions regarding certain display buttons and special features on my updated dishwasher. Appliance Care has skilled and experienced staff.
