"It’s fast, fresh and friendly service. You can customize each dish to your taste. Whether you dine in or do delivery, it’ll be fast either way. I ended up getting a chicken Caesar salad with no Parmesan cheese and it was really good and refreshing. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast. Great service and even better food!"
"Used to come here a lot, but moved away for couple years and this was 1st time back. Worried me when I saw no cars in front. Entered store and saw 1 employee chatting in Spanish with a girlfriend across the counter. Other 2 employees were behind the line doing prep or cleaning. Employee out front acted annoyed I interrupted her conversation to place an order. My meal came out quickly because no other guests in dining room. Was hot, but noodles were tough and pasty, and needed more sauce. While I ate, I noticed the employees in back ignored and didn't speak to gal up front. Animosity possibly? Another employee clocked in and didn't make eye contact, say hello or acknowledge gal up front. Two other guests came in as I ate and were barely acknowledged by staff. Looks like management may need to call store meeting to discuss optics and QA. I won't go back, disappointing."
"My first time at a Noodles & Company. Prices are reasonable, service was great. The food was hot and prepared fresh. A sprinkle bland for my taste, but I can see the value for many people. Not too expensive, a variety of options. Dining area was clean, sauces and toppings stocked and ready. Overall, a fine experience."
"We love this place so much!! The food’s always great, the place is always clean, but really alot of it has to do with a couple people that work up here. One of the younger cashier guys and my girl Jennifer seriously go above and beyond! I’ve been meaning to make this review for awhile and finally asked what her name was today but she actually makes our day every time. Genuinely just a happy, caring person and deserves the acknowledgment! ❤️"
"Nice place we ordered quickly and received our food quickly. The employee was helpful but not knowledgeable about the menu So my macaroni and cheese with meatballs was good my wife's zoodles on the other hand weren't what she wanted at all."
