"The worst Sonic possible. 5 cars in line pull op to order, all 5 cars drive away, and still no greeting, nothing. Wait a couple more minutes and pull up to the window, and wait again. She opens the window and says, "Did you have the bal bla bla." No, I haven't ordered yet. I thought your speaker may be broken. She says no, we were really busy and were just getting caught up."
"I always get my food exactly right, quick and great service and always delicious for an affordable price. I don’t go to any other Sonic!"
"My online order mysteriously went missing and no one thought to update me for the entire hour I sat waiting. Finally got to talk to a manager and she just walked up to me with an attitude and said "you wanted a manager?" No smile or greeting or anything. Basically told me to handle it on my own before walking away. I have a receipt showing I paid, the money was taken out of my bank account, and they didn't care to do anything but raise their voice at me and give me attitude. So incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I wasted my entire lunch break for this, and still left without my order"
"This is what a “real fruit” slush with added flavor and added nerds looks like from this store. There is ZERO flavor added to this drink smh. This sonic is by far the worst. Every single time the quality issues from this place is beyond comprehension. At this point I think this kind of incompetence is on purpose. They must really hate their job and know they’re not gonna get fired."
