"No customer service skills period. No management present. They told me I have to call in tomorrow to get my refund because no one at that present time can issue refund on my order of guacamole and chips. Only reason I asked for a refund was because they were out of chips. So I had nothing to dip in it with. Worst experience ever. There should be given a negative 5 stars. And this location should have been a better experience for me. Can't say anything more but never again."
"Parking is a little inconvenient so we parked around back and walked to the entrance. At first glance, there were a few dirty tables and the floors needed a good scrubbing. The food and employees were good for the most part, it just did not inspire me or make me want to return for another meal."
"This store has been poorly ran and managed for a couple years now. I keep saying I’m not going back and this is for sure the last time. None of the employees care at all that you’re in the store and have zero sense of urgency to move the line along. Usually seem irritated that you’re even ordering food. Carry out orders take at least twice as long as estimated. The bathrooms are filthy and smell terrible. It’s the worst chipotle in the city by far. Very disappointing that the Chipotle brand allows this to happen."
"I came in about five minutes after my pick up pick up time and the order had even been started yet. Then they burned my quesadilla so bad that the paper they used to warm it up with was charred to my quesadilla. Can’t even go back for him to remake it because it took so long to get the order done, my lunch break is over."
"This has to be the most consistently dirtiest, trashiest Chipotle in KC. Workers are always either high or just lack the self awareness on how to handle a job. I’d be surprised if they’d passed health regulations."
