"They are nice when you're starting up an account with them. Over time you'll see how rude they can be. I've spoken with multiple people at this location and every single one of them have been rude. They don't like to be called out, and when they do wrong they are narcissistic and switch it on the customer. Terrible place, terrible staff, terrible service. Also, if you don't pay it off before the same as cash, you'll end up paying 10x the amount of the terrible tires the provide. Debra that works there is the worst, and her boss Sal allows it."

"Me and my twins were in Kansas City on a weekend trip to the Science Center. We blew a tire before we could get there. Aaron and the guys at RNR rushed us in and saved our day! Fast, friendly, and most of all human. They saw us in need and jumped on it. Don't go anywhere else."

"I have dealt with 1 hardship after another the past year and I have to rebuild my life by myself. Doing so has been difficult, especially since my credit took a huge hit after everything took place. I'm slowly rebuilding again but in the meantime there's necessities that must be taken care of and buying 1 or 2 tires at a time just seemed ridiculous so I have been driving on tires that were about to fall apart. Long story short,. RNR tires is a godsend and took a huge weight off my shoulders. All new tires, they put them on, $5 down, and the payments are completely manageable every payday and it won't take long to pay it off, which will be another star on my credit building journey. Thanks RNR for giving me peace of mind as well. Now I won't be stressed every time I drive that I'm going to end up on the side of the highway."

"Was not greeted walking in , workers sitting in office talking, one guy came out looked at me and walked back in the room. Parking lot empty one guest inside but still don’t get a greeting after walking in . First time here and bad experience. Ready to cash out on some rims but I’ll take my money to another shop with better customer service."
