"The guy at the shop rude Disrespectful trying to fight me calling the customer telling them I'm stealing his car telling me I'm stupid, can't do my job. He's not gonna put up with it. Mouthing me as a tow truck driver and the Owner of the car very disrespectful would not recommend to anybody that had common sense. WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!! BE SMART DONT GO HERE !!!!!!!"

"I would occasionally take my vehicles to A to Z. The experience started off great, I even thought that since the work was great, I would be a returned customer. But after a few more visits the owner Jay seemed to be irritable, rude and very erratic. While discussing the work of the vehicle, he became uptight, and irate. Very bad customer service experience, the last few times I felt like he really didn’t know what he was doing. I was also getting the impression that he be ripping his customers off with irrational prices. I’ve also taken a closer look at his team and surroundings, his team looked like drug addicts he hand plucked off the streets and the auto lot looked like a chop shop with a bunch of abandoned cars. Jays customer service is terrible and quite offensive. Do not recommend."

"I booked an appointment for this morning to have my brake rotors resurfaced. The mechanic told me he didn't have time to service my vehicle, quoted me 3 hours for the work and told me to go to another shop if I wanted to wait for the vehicle. Not worth the hassle to get onto the schedule. Update: the mechanic originally quoted me between 150-200 dollars and between an hour and an hour and a half to do the job over the phone. When I arrived early for my appointment, he treated me as if he didnt even want my business and within 10 minutes was telling me to go to another shop. I was told that instead of resurfacing the rotors as requested, he would rather just replace the rotors, that the rear rotors needed resurfaced and that it would cost almost 400 bucks with a 3 hour wait and no waiting room. Horrible customer service and a tiny, cramped parking lot. Not worth anyone's time or money. Take the advice the owner gave me and just go elsewhere. Update: Midas was able to resurface all 4 of my rotors, without replacing anything, for just the cost of labor and that completely resolved my complaint! This guy is a ripoff artist. Stay far away from A2Z Auto!!"

"000 stars This shop is a no good shop please do not take you car or truck here the 2 guys that work there are crooks and liars!!!!!!! My truck was running better when I dropped it off . If there is anyone that had a bad experience here at a to z please contact me because a shop like this should not be in business I will do what I can to shut them down I'm starting with the better business bureau and I have an attorney ! please contact me if you have been belittled ,yelled at ,cussed at ,threatened etc. I told Jay I'd pay now and I want my truck now and he would not give me my truck had an excuse I can't let your truck leave until he fixes it. This jay is a talker he makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside but really he's a bad business man ! Please do not go here !"

"Great service, great staff! I have taken my vehicle to Jay twice, once for a complete overhaul and then getting some holes plugged in my tires, and both times Jay was able to get to get my vehicle in his shop and get everything fixed like new. I will always bring my vehicle here for future upkeep. The service can't be beat!"
