"Absolutely got scammed I paid $1000 and supplied the wrap for my car to get wrapped, finally got my keys back after 2 days of her stalling after she said it was complete. Went to go pick up my car and it was trashed, wrap slapped on damaged window, sanded paint, and the inside smelling like cigarettes. I will be seeing her in small claims court and hopefully get my money back as well as compensation for the damages."
"After putting Melody through the most challenging and time consuming project She's probably ever been through She deserves a shout out! If you want a place/person that truly appreciates their customer, enjoys the service they provide, able to do high quality work without the high price to pay, UWF is that spot! I have a show car that I take to car shows all over the U.S. when I figured out how I was going to design the body of the car I knew I wanted to wrap the body with a very unique color, design, and finish. I contacted several companies to compare with, most of them not willing or able to help me out and the ones that would or could do the wrap gave me quotes that ended up being almost 3 times more than what I paid UWF for!!! The whole process of designing and wrapping my car would have been a 4 day job normally but I had changed the design a few times and wasn't immediately sure of my choice. When Melody realized I knew what I wanted but couldn't settle on specific things or explain exactly what I needed she was quick to help me and give me advice that saved me from ruining my own project! She was VERY patient, knowledgeable and made me feel as though it was "her vision, her own project"! All I can say is I've told EVERYONE I talk to at the last couple shows I've been in about UWF!!! Thank you Melody!!!"
