"We had this team assist with repairs to 1 of our trucks. Initial diagnosis was a rear main seal for a cost of approximately $800-$1,100. We delivered the truck to their facility to move forward with repairs, and that week we were then instructed that it was not a rear main seal but rather a freeze plug on the block had come out. We were then informed that the plug needed was no longer available and that our next option was to replace the engine. At this juncture we were told that we owed them approximately $4,000 and the truck was in no better position than when it was brought to them. We had the truck taken to another repair shop that was able to successfully bring the vehicle back on-line for approximately $2k."

"KC Fleet and their rep Fish were great to work with. We were broken down on I70 and KC sent their tech to us immediately. The tech had us back on the road in no time. The tech also explained some things about my diesel engine I didn't know. If you are ever in the KC area and need your truck or diesel pusher repaired call these guys. BTW, the cost was much less than I expected. Real professionals. Thank you guys again. :)"
