"I always find what I need. If my size isn't in stock, they order it and ship it to me at no charge. Very helpful staff."

"Worst bra place I've ever been to. First time, I waited 18 minutes because the saleswoman decided my business wasn't important. Second time, I asked for help getting fitted for a bra and the saleswoman kept throwing different sizes at me while refusing to measure me. I'll never come back."

"Went to Soma for the first time and my friend who is a regular and wanted to purchase two bras. We got there at 10 minutes until close. Three associates were working and we heard one say “I am not staying late. I want to get out of here at 8pm.” All we needed was someone to find the size we needed. Didn’t even receive eye contact. No greeting. No acknowledgment at all. Will not go back."

"I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. I was disrespected by the manager and the employee working today 1/7/23. They were very rude and told me they could not help me today . pretty much telling me to get out of the store. They need to be either retrained or something because that is not how you treat people. The amount of disrespect was absolutely horrid . I would not recommend shopping at this store unless you would like to feel like garbage after going in . :) Shop other places like torrid and online for bras . You will be way better off ! I have called corporate and waiting for a call back to get this taken care of but thought I should give the warning . You women are worth more then how they treat you here at this store ."

"Unfortunately did not have a good experience. This was my first time in a Soma and I began browsing. I started looking for my size and was practically screamed at from across the store that “what’s in the drawers has nothing to do with what’s above”. I said okay thank you and the woman came over to explain how the drawers worked. She asked if I knew my size and I explained I haven’t been measured in a long time but was fairly confident I knew my size. I kept browsing the drawers looking for any styles I liked. As I was looking in the drawer that was in fact my correct size, I’m again practically screamed at from across the store (with other customers present) that I shouldn’t be looking in the 34 band of my size and that I’m at least going to be a 36 or 38. Even though I am in fact a 34, as 36 bands are entirely too large unless they have no stretch. I proceed to ask her if they have a smaller cup size and she tells me no they don’t have that size (which later as I’m paying for the size bra she said they didn’t have (the woman in the dressing room pulled it for me), she admits she “forgot about that drawer”. As someone with your “not so average” breast shape I am ALWAYS measured incorrectly (including here), however the woman doing the fittings was a sweetheart and the poor review has nothing to do with her. So as someone who sees me might think I wear a different size, it’s not always what it seems. So moral of the story I ended up leaving feeling defeated with a bra that really doesn’t even fit properly because I didn’t feel comfortable asking for the size I actually need and wanted to go out and look at the styles myself, but only felt comfortable in the dressing room with the negative experience I had in the front previously. I highly recommend going to Nordstrom for any bra needs as I had a fantastic experience there after."
