"Apparently they have insurance but don't respond to their insurance companies phone calls. Would give them (0) stars if possible I had a friend who was driving my car in Lee's Summit. He went through the round about at 291/50 highway on 11/01/2023. He was hit by a delivery driver from Greenway Ford Service Dept. The police ticketed Greenway Ford Service Department driver for failure to yield,. I called their insurance company- Federated and they still have refused to give me a rental car or settle the claim. They state their insured Greenway Ford Management have NOT returned their calls and they have not determined fault. I am writing this review on 12/14/2023. Still nothing from them or the insurance company. I'm surprised that they are dragging their feet on this. It's not like there is any doubt who was at fault. Police report # 23-008178. claim adjuster from Federated insurance is Joe M."

"I scheduled an oil change the day before, but when I came in for my appointment they did not have my filter in stock. I was on a tight schedule, which not having the filter pushed everything back. However, when I asked for a loaner car to continue my day I was told they did not have any available. Just when I was about to get very irritated, the Porter named Brian, offered to shuttle both my daughter and I to our next destinations and pick us up when the oil change was complete. He did exactly that! He was very polite, on time, and courteous. I was able to meet both of my appointments without needing to reschedule. Brian clearly understands what real service means."

"Got both my Actuators changed out and still have the same problem with my car. Two different code readers said : P090C which is the actuators but check engine light came back on with the same sputtering issues."

I was very impressed with the service, enjoyed the customer's lounge area, and ultimately will be using this business for my car needs. Brian was amazing in checking me in, answering any questions or concerns I had. Everyone there was kind and friendly. They did not allow the steady flow to affect their mode. Smiling at everyone that came in. This is the true meaning of excellent customer service!"
