"We waited 17 minutes for our food. It was cold we took the fries and the tenders back. And was given back cold tenders and warnish fries. They said we were waiting on a chicken sandwich but the chicken sandwich was not hot either. And most of their flavors on their soda machine was out. The girl behind the counter "McKenzie" was rude. I would not recommend this arby's."
"The manager on site was helpful and polite, working drive-thru and Frontline. Store was clean and the sandwich maker was fast. The only complaint I have though I did not order any sides is that the young man with long hair at the fry station was off to the side playing with his hair. No washing his hands no gloves."
"We don't visit Arby often, since they moved across town and out of the way, but this trip they did terrific. Ordered two of the big roast beef sandwiches and no disappointment! They were fresh and hot. The Arby's sauce topped it off. Drive thru was fast, crew member prompt and pleasant. A+ Service!"
