"Wish I could give 0 stars. But it's Blue Springs so I guess I shouldn't expect friendly service. Lady in the drive-thru started off friendly, asked me how I was I told her and I returned the question. She answered then asked how she can take my order, I start talking then she interrupts me telling me she's not ready, so I sit there a few minutes and I give my order she tells me she'll have my total at the window. I get to the window and she asks me if I was sure I didn't want a diet Pepsi, this lady looks like she weighs a lot more than me, never tells me what my total is so I hand her a $10 thinking it shouldn't be more than that. She very rudely tells me I still owe 32 cents. Ok if you would have told me what i owed I would have had the correct amount ready instead of making me guess. But hey at least she whispered thank you to me. Good old Blue Springs, MO"
"My wife and I have officially made this Taco Bell, our Taco Bell. We used to go to the Taco Bell off Woods Chapel and I-70, and they always got something wrong and were reluctant to make it right, even after we drove all the back to the establishment. We have greatly enjoyed the service, people, and quality of the food that comes from this Taco Bell. It's worth the drive!"
"We had lunch at 1:15, the place had no customers in it when we arrived. We walked up to the counter and no one came to take our order for 4 minutes. Even though we were talking loudly and asking if there was a counter person working. Eventually a young lady came from the back and then everything was easy peasy. The food was great and very fresh, but by the time that we actually ordered there were several people behind us. They were not very happy."
"Service is super fast but ONLY after 10PM. The teenage crew that runs the restaurant most of the day will leave you in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes. I have experienced this on multiple occasions, but the older ladies who work there post-10PM are the sweetest. Wish they could teach some lessons on the others."
"So, I ordered my food then I am setting here watching them prepare it and I'm watching the guy preparing food digging in his ear then going back to preparing food not to mention he is handling money at the register. Never once did he wash his hands or put on gloves. I just threw my order in the trash. I have lost my appetite and will never eat at a taco bell again."
