"Even though I told four different folks (1st order, 2nd paying, 3rd confirmation before prep, 4th before getting) "no pickles", how do I get two burgers with pickles. They need education and training. There were several people walking around doing nothing. Kids checked the burgers and asked me if I ordered correctly."
"I have gone to this one so many times through the drive through and every time they always somehow mess up the order. I say that I want only cheese, lettuce and tomato but I always end up getting everything else on it, like the onions which i am allergic too."
"I haven't had Burger King in probably over 15 years. I decided to grab a quick bite to eat and ordered the regular cheeseburger. It was tasty but man the food size has shrunk over time. That burger is almost the size of a slider. I'm so glad I cook at home and don't eat out."
"I stopped there after an early morning doctors visit. I ordered French toast sticks hash browns and a bacon egg croissant. I was the second car to drive up and no one was in the store. I pull up to the window and they said they would have to bring my order out because the hash browns were coming up in a few moments. I was fine with that. When I got the order the hash browns were cold like they had been sitting for days. The French toast was limp, cold and oily! The croissant bacon was not cooked and the croissant was old. I got home to start workings and notice how I could not eat my $11 breakfast. I called the store and spoke with Chrissy, she was rude and would not hear me out and hung up on me. I called back and a young girl answered and said Chrissy was busy and that Mark The GM would be in. I would not recommend this Burger King for a quality meal or good Customer experience! Terrible"
