"I had previously left a bad review due to the same service issues you will read when reading any of the low star comments. However, my experience this time was much different. My food was ready upon the expected pick up time. I was greeted with a smile. And the atmosphere was happy and enjoyable. Thank you for the pleasant customer experience."

"Awful customer service and awful food once I got home with my to go order! I made an order around 5:40pm, for pickup up of 7:30pm, arrived right around that time and they were still making the food. There were also 6 people waiting in front of me to get their food as well and the staff was moving like snails and had no care in the world!! One customer even walked out because of how long his wait was! Once I got my food, I walked out and got home to: soggy, wet bread and wrong sandwiches that were very clearly stated on the order. I also ordered a gluten free sandwich and specifically put on my order: change gloves, no cheese, cut in 1/2….none of that was followed and I’m extremely sensitive with Crohn’s and Celiac disease!! My family and I will NEVER return to this location, as it looks like Samantha the manager doesn’t give a damn, per their responses on others posts. Samantha if you cared at all about how your store is ran, maybe you’d ask people to call you, so you can make it right and fix the problem!! I worked in a restaurant similar to this for 4 years when I was a teenager and never had these issues!"

"Ordered to go order. Not even started when arrived at time it said it would be ready. Asked for some sauce on the side and was told "I really can't right now!" Don't punish paying customers for being short staffed. 12/15 1pm."

"Ordered food for delivery on my lunch break. Sandwich was made completely wrong. Had to drive all the way to have my sandwich remade. Wasting my entire break. Nothing was done to make up for their mistake and my time wasted. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Will absolutely never order from this location again. Teach your staff to make things right for the customer."

"I am glad that I didn’t read the reviews because we would not have gone there for lunch today. We were the only customers and the staff was so friendly and courteous. They checked on us several times throughout the meal and made us feel so welcome. The Philly cheesesteak was really good and I loved the warm fresh bread!! I’m sad that this doesn’t seem to be the normal experience here because we will definitely be coming back, and they have set the bar pretty high!"
