"This Jimmy John's brand sells a line of sandwiches called "slims." They will add cheese and avocado to these sandwiches but if you ask them to any veggies or sauce, they will flat out refuse to do it. I would ask what the logic to this is but the answer is that there is no logic. It is just a moronic policy that is rude and disrespectful to their customers. The solution is easy though, eat at ANY OTHER sandwich shop, where they will happily add anything they have available to any sandwich. Ya know, like normal people."
"This Jimmy John's is tolerable. I initially was going to leave a two star review with an explanation (I have ordered 4 times from this store, and the first three took 30-50 minutes each -- not exactly speedy). However, after waiting approximately an hour on my 4th order from this store, I checked my receipt and realized I had made an error and scheduled a future delivery. I called the store, and the manager was able to fix my mistake and even discounted the food (again, even though it was my mistake). So he was really awesome, and that is why I am leaving a 4 star review today. If a 3.5 was possible, that would be most accurate. This store has never been speedy, but the food is exactly what you expect."
