"The scan and go app is not that good, considering that if original membership is with current email, after renewing with a short lapse it linked old membership and I can't update even though I scanned current card into app. I was so beyond frustrated, I was ready to just cancel current membership. On my way to membership services, Derrick had noticed my frustration and immediately came to help.He solved the current issue. He is an asset to this store. I did not cancel membership because of him. Thank you Derrek!!"

"Same club was alright, would say could be cleaner and just a little bit more efficient with the lines out the door and the lines at the deli sometimes are crazy. But overall would have to go with the rating of four out of five stars because everyone is working hard and just doing their job. They have a huge selection of products to shop from and at decent prices. The parking lot could always be better of course too."

"I consistently have a problem with the bakery here. I HATE ordering cakes here but sometimes the Sam’s in Gladstone is fully booked by the time I order so I have no choice. They didn’t listen to a word I said when I placed the order I guess because almost everything was wrong. Why would I ask for HOT pink on a baby pink cake? I literally bawled in the store because it ruined the theme of my little sisters birthday. Not to mention them covering up the pink dot with a grey heart which looks.. so off? The cracks in the cake were completely unacceptable. I couldn’t even believe it. They clearly do not care about the quality here. If you need a cake please go to the Sam’s in Gladstone they do a great job there always. And the team lead at the time seen it IN STORE. He was kind enough to give it to us. I appreciate him but I wanted the cake I ordered. As I said if you need a cake PLEASE go to the Sam’s in Gladstone."

"This is an alright Sam's Club by the highway if you need to stop by. Very convenient for getting gas. Docked off a star because the littlest things may not be the most convenient. Wanted to get a soda before heading back on the road. Usually at checkout, they would have the cup for you to scan and buy to be on your way, but nope! The only place you can get the cup is at the food court register. Due to the food court staff having low energy (I get it, it's the end of the day), it took forever to get my soda cup, also several products from drinks to condiments at the food court being out. Also, seating area was dirty with trash everywhere. If management is looking at this, they should reevaluate on their efficiency, and service towards their club members, because this location is lacking the littlest things. Not trying to be nit picky, but hopefully this feedback allows this store to do better."
