"Worst cooked chicken I've ever had. Thank goodness I didn't get sick. Order two breasts and a leg. Got 2 breasts and a wing. The crispy chicken breading was raw underneath. Guess I should have stuck with the original. The mash potatoes are so watered down that they taste like potato flavored water. Could have eaten it with a straw. Nevermind, I should have known better. No more KFC for me. Maybe it is necessary that they close a few locations."

"Was there 7:30pm 3-8-24, and I don’t think I’ve laughed more with people I don’t know before. The employees back there know how to make a slow night fun, and the turnaround time from register to food in hand is quick! Food was great, and the atmosphere made me miss working in the food business with my buddies. That crew knows what they’re doing. Love it!"

"Liberty/ Kansas City KFC....This is a horrible place ... I ordered our meals to go. A customer was handed her food she walked away with it then brought it back, told me she thought it was our order. The cashier said yes I think it is your food but wasn't sure. I asked to Talk to the manager told her. What hapoen and how the other lady opened up the bag and looked in the box .she acted like I has bothering her by bringing this to her attention. I proceeded to ask her Is it your normal policy to hand off meals to somebody else and when brought back to hand off to the correct customer. She said no but then proceeded to tell me we don't give refunds. I told her I wasn't asking for a refund just wanted my meals that someone else hasn't touched. The manager was rude and I have never been treated so badly. I will never go back to this restraunt for chicken again. To me this should of never happened. But I do know people make mistakes. That is not the problem I had it was how the manager treated me."

"I replaced an order today through the drive through, two orders of 2 for $5 wraps. I was told at the window it will be a 5 minutes wait and I said it’s fine with me. After waiting 18 minutes I went inside the restaurant to check on my order and was chocked to see a white skinny girl with glasses dancing by the cooler and no one around the front counter to assist me. After waited a few minutes she came and asked me if someone already helped me and I said no. Then the Somalian guy, the food cook asked her what order is he waiting on? I said the two order of wraps so I got the order and went to my vehicle and after driving a little bit I discovered the order wasn’t accurate because it supposed to be 2 spicy slow, one classic and one BBQ but what I got is three spicy slow and classic so I turned around from the drive through and informed the black girl who took my order at first that the order inaccurate then the Somalian guy came out and started arguing with me that the order is correct because he just fixed it so I took all the wraps and started showing him one by one and still that didn’t convince him. The restaurant from inside is very old looking and probably the owner is waiting for the Lease to be up so he could disappear and leave for good. Why I had to wait more than half an hour for 4 chicken wraps? Why the employees arguing with me? I never heard an apology from them? This restaurant won’t make it and will be shut down within short period of time. It too sad to see who the food industry changed for the bad that no one wants to work or provide a decent customer service and on the other hand they complain about can’t find a job. Very disappointed and won’t be back at that location."

"Had a really good experience! Sage the manager was very nice and helped us with everything we need. All the employees were busy doing jobs behind the counter. The food was made quickly and anything they were short on accommodations were made. The food taste great! Before coming to this one we went to the Antioch store only to be met with a ghost town. Full 180 in experience. Will say the main floor and bathroom did need cleaned but they were short staffed and busy so understandable."
