"Store was super dirty. Management looked to be best friends with employees so nothing was getting done. Who took my order was polite and made sure my first time there was what I wanted. Food was great cook was nice. Just looks like manager doesn't need to be best friends with teenager employees and Instead, create structure at a workplace for them."

"This location just isn’t well run. The staff is either not trained well or don’t listen. Bread was stale/cracked, too. I love Jersey Mike’s but this experience isn’t worth $12 for a sandwich."

"The sandwiches are great. One of my favorite places for cheese steaks, and for Italian sandwiches too. The bread is perfect and they nail it with the "Mike's way" toppings. There aren't many tables inside, maybe 8 or 10, so it's more of a take out place, but we like to dine in when we can. They also have a couple of interesting canned sodas. My biggest complaint is that there are no locations on the north side!"

"I love Jersey Mike's! And have been to many locations. I have been to this particular Lee's Summit location probably 6-8 times. Generally the staff is very friendly. The food is always very good. Service can be kind of slow. On the latest visit there was no line in front of us, but we did stand and wait about 10 minutes while they worked on to go orders... Food was very good once we got it. I highly recommend the club sub! But there was food and a bunch of ants hanging out on the floor under my table, which was kinda odd but maybe they'd been too busy to clean that day."

"Second time iv had this establishment. First time was a long while ago when I was working out in Kansas.. I had to drive to another city again to try it again. They have cold and hot sandwichs. I got the big kahuna. (Hot sandwich) My spouse got cold turkey. Both was great. I'd go back if I'm around in that area.. I'd like to add they had a lot of employees. So many one was standing being trained. They all seem really friendly and nice. The one dark skin kid was super friendly that was cooking the hot food. I wouldn't say fast place. As they have many online orders. But it was about as much as a chipotle line."
