"We were very pleased with Able's service. The technician (Drew) arrived within the promised appointment window. Drew quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to us and what the repair would entail. He was very professional on all levels."

"Matt was very nice, honest, up front about the work needed and on time. He was able to diagnose the issue I had with my dishwasher very quickly. I was quoted $330 to replace the sump assembly on top of the $121part. The $99 trip charge for him to show up did come off the parts/labor lowering it to $230 = $351+tax. I called and was able to get on the schedule the very next day. They gave me a range from 8am-12noon which is fair as they build the schedule each day. I did not have them do the work due to the overall cost and it making sense to spend a little more and purchase a brand-new unit. Able Appliance was referred to me by a friend and had great reviews online. I would call Able again based on my experience."

"This was the 2nd time we've used Able Appliance Repair. The ability to set an appointment online is great. Didn't have to wait too long. The technician was great, nice, knowledgeable, on time, friendly. About my only complaint is I was a little shocked at the price this second time. My fault, in part, in not even asking for a reminder as to what the service call fee was. He was here maybe 20 minutes, no parts necessary, not so much as a screwdriver necessary, dried up some water (which I appreciate), and it was $208. Just seems like A LOT of money for that. When we had our refrigerator repaired a couple years ago it was $180 and it took the technician much longer to fix that."

He told me how to check it, and sure enough he was right! It should be an easy fix!
