"Placed an online order tonight an hour before close and I arrived when it said it was ready on the app. The girl working told me she hadn’t started on my two sandwiches as she had no bread baked and could cancel my order or use flatbread. I asked her why they had no bread baked if they’re open for another hour and she said she was busy and didn’t prep it. I would recommend a different location as I’ve never had this experience before."

"i use this subway often. like multiple times a week in the summer. the food is always good but there is like a 50/50 chance of getting good service and waiting for half an hour for a sandwich i ordered online. they are also always out of turkey and cookies lately. i am currently waiting 15 minutes after my food said it would be ready on the app, the employees have talked to me and know what order im waiting on and they are still not starting my order. i understand every once and awhile it gets busy and other customers need their attention but this is a consistent problem. one time i waited for 30 minutes for the employees to work through a never ending line before looking at the online orders."
