"Went into the restroom and saw an employee playing on his phone at the urinal with his pants down around his ankles. He walked out without washing his hands. I called him out and another employee? manager? Responded with “he’s off the clock”. Okay. Why is he standing in the kitchen with a drink in hand? If you’re going to be disgusting in your own time, at least pretend to be a functioning member of society when people are watching. Especially in your place of employment."
"This is one of the better McDonald’s when it comes to food and beverage. However, they are sometimes very slow and most of the time I’m just ordering a Coke. There have been multiple occasions when I try to go inside the restaurant and the door is locked during business hours. There is no sign or anything to indicate why. I finally asked a manager and they said “sometimes we just don’t have the staff.” I personally don’t understand that at this point and there are ways to obtain staff, such as better pay and benefits. Plus, the least you can do is notify your customers at the door. A consistently inoperable and closed dining room during business hours is not acceptable if your building has one. The pandemic has been over for a while now and businesses keep using excuses that stemmed from it. This McDonald’s needs to find the staff to keep their doors open and the line moving for their customers."
"As a door dasher, this is the worst place to pick up any door dash orders. They will take over 15 mintues to have your order ready for pick up. The lack of communication and team work is aware with, one employee standing there not helping the situation and another working his butt off to take care of everything happening. Don't pick up orders here unless you want to wait forever."
"It was nice coming here, I like their crispy chicken sandwich. But it is not as tidy when we visited coz the seat of the L-Shape table was dirty and I need to clean it with paper towel and there is a fly. Please do not get me wrong, I am just saying what observe that day we visited this place. The water in the faucet was really hot that is why I cant wash my hands to it. They have wheel chair access. Mask is not required but all their staff have face mask. One good thing is they have a real toy for their Happy meal and not just a paper pop up toy."
